Our warranties begin the day after the manufacturer's warranty expires. For example, if the brand warranty ends on December 1, 2022, our warranty will begin on December 2, 2022, ensuring that your Google Pixel is always protected.
Our coverage covers your Google Pixel phone completely, including coverage against functional faults. It should be emphasised, however, that the cover is offered with the idea that you will take care of your Pixel. Any act that endangers your Google Pixel will not be covered by the plan. Some examples of things your plan does not cover are: a. Not following your pixel's manufacturer's use instructions. b. Keeping them in a location that exposes them to environmental variables that shorten the life of your Pixel phone. c. Improper handling of a Pixel phone, resulting in physical or liquid damage d. Accessories, cosmetic pieces, or parts that are not necessary for the operation of the appliances are also not covered. e. Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, and so on are not covered.
Repair-my™ Extended warranty covers your pixel phones up to 9 months old from the date of purchase.
There is no limit to the number of service requests that may be submitted under the Extended Warranty. We will continue to repair the gadget until the total cost of all repairs does not exceed the device's value. However, if the cost of repairs for any one service request exceeds the current/last available market value of the phone, the device will be replaced in the form of a refurbished, swapped, or equivalent model.
While we regret the cancellation, we would gladly reimburse the plan within 30 days of purchase after deducting an 8.33% transaction charges from the invoice amount, provided you have not already filed a Service Request.
